JK is the man. He is a student of the Occult Academy and spends most of his days dowsing all over the place.
One day, after watching an episode of Scooby-Doo; he starts up his own gang to solve mysteries all over the town. This however does not really work, so he ends up trolling everyone with his hoaxes.
The majority of this anime revolves around JK trying to find the Daphne to his Fred.
