There is this girl called Maya right, and she's such a Tsundere. Anyway, her pops dies suddenly and he was like this Headmaster of this fancy academy; which is totally into the Occult, but not like Silent Hill, that's too badass. So this Maya chick decides to become the headmistress of the fancy school and be oh-so-tsundere there instead and annoys the fuck out of everyone.
However this slightly changes when this mer-man desends from the sky and is like, "Oh hai, I'm from the future and lol aliens are gonna kill you; I have this thing called a camera-phone and I'm gonna use it to take photos of EVERYTHING but I need some help because I don't have any hands".
So there you have it, Maya helps the Mer-man take photos in return for him becoming Maya's bitch or something.
