The members of Heartcatch Precure and Erika's family go to the Fashion capital of the world (Or Flowers as Tsubomi would like to contest!), Paris and work on their own Fashion show. During an outing Tsubomi comes face to face with an usual boy (who can jump from building to building no less!) and is being chased by a member of the Desert Apostles new to the Precures. After chasing off the ememy Tsubomi and the others become friends with the lonely boy and give him the name Oliver and urge him to take part in their Fashion show. When Oliver's troubles come to light once again he has to make an important desision that could break his new friendships.
This movie is set after episode 39 and before episode 40 of the anime series.
