Recruit (formerly known as Ichinomiya Kou) continues his eventful life on the Arakawa riverbank with his lover Nino (the self-proclaimed Venusian) and the rest of the community of oddities. This season Rec has to conquer the affection of the Amazoness, a Captain manga-ka, a physical check-up and a battle to be King of the riverbank. And then when Nino receives a message from Venus, preperations are made for the residents of the Arakawa riverbank to go on a homecoming journey into space.
